Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new underwear and we understand that getting the right fit over the internet can sometimes take a couple of tries. But you do get to try it on in the comfort of your own home!

If the garment doesn’t fit, or if you don’t like it, please contact us to ensure it is the right style and size for your individual shape. We will do our best to assist you in finding your correct size. A comprehensive return/exchange form will be included with your order. 

You can return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It is important to note that because of hygiene, we can’t take back garments that have been worn or washed. It is important to try on all garments with the tags attached, and that they are returned to us in original condition. We cannot sell a garment that has been worn … therefore if you wear it, it’s yours!

Original condition means that it must not have been worn or have any marks, makeup, perfume, food, deodorant or cigarette odours. It must also be in the original packaging and have the tags and hygiene stickers attached.

We do not accept the return of gift certificates.

To complete your return, fill in the returns and exchanges form included with your order.

Exchanges

We will happily exchange items in order to find you the right fit, subject to the conditions above. Please make sure you complete the information on the returns and exchange form indicating the style and size you would like as an exchange where available and a second preference.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 270 Moss Vale New South Wales AU 2577

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be charged.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service Within Australia, the easiest method of return mail is to use Australia Post's 'parcel post plus' satchel.
